The goat shed has high quality finishing touches, all the mod cons as well as being eco conscious with solar panels, EV charger & infrared heating. It’s dog friendly with outside space to enjoy the weather and make use of the bbq. The Goat Shed has high quality finishing touches, all the mod cons including fibre as well as being eco conscious. There are solar panels on the roof, the heating is infrared and there is an access to an EV charger. It is 1 of 2 barns The Goat shed is the smaller barn of the two within the farmyard and it is possible to hire the whole yard. The other barn called the ‘Piggery’ can accommodate up to 8 people offers a more private garden and the use of a wood burning hot tub. You’re able to see its progress of the conversion on insta by following Elmscroft Farmyard. Guest access The courtyard area in front of the Goat Shed is for parking and there is a fenced off and grassed areas for your sole use. The outside area can be seen by the other barn in the farmyard so I wouldn’t describe it as private. Other things to note There is access to a separate utility block with a washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. If you’re bringing dogs, please ensure the booking is updated to say so. There is a small extra amount of £20 which goes towards the cleaner for the extra work. There is an EV charger available for your use and understandably there is an additional charge £30 per vehicle per stay (payable in person during your stay)
