Casa 929 - Accommodation, weddings, birthdays

Casa 929 consists of two houses that are rented together or separately. It is 30 minutes away from downtown Quito. The first house has a maximum capacity for 25 guests, it has: indoor jacuzzi, Internet, 2TVs, full kitchen, soccer field, covered pergola, outdoor dining room for 40 people, bbq area, 13 parking lots. Weddings and birthdays are held with a maximum of 100 guests and 38 guests The value shown corresponds to 4 guests. The space The house has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, 3 rooms: video room, main room with fireplace and living room in the second with TV, all rooms have their own sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and has the necessary dishes and cutlery for the number of people staying. The house's living area is 500 sq. meters, the pergola 100 sq. meters, the court 700 sq. meters, parking for 12 cars, a BBQ area, and an outdoor dining area with tables for 40 people that can be expanded to 90 for events. There are three houses on the same property. The people who take care of the entire property live in one of them. They have their own space, so they do not enter the areas where the guests are. The third house is also rented by Airbnb. We leave all groups: spices for cooking, coffee for filtering, tea, firewood and charcoal. There are three ways to use the space: a) Accommodation only, the value is as shown on Airbnb according to the number of guests, b) Without lodging, that is, use of the facilities without staying overnight. You have access to all outdoor areas (does not include access to the interior of the house and the time spent on the property is 8 hours). The base price is $200 for a group of up to 20 people, from there it is $10 for each guest at the event. c) Hosted and non-hosted people, the cost for hosted people is as marked on Airbnb. For people who don't stay overnight, the cost is $8. Additionally, we optionally offer housekeeping for $25 and security service at the entrance door for events, the cost is $30 for the 8 hours of the event. Guest access Near the house there are restaurants that deliver food to the house. Inside the house you will find their menus. Guests can walk to different shops and restaurants. Parking is free and is located inside the property. The access roads are paved, and it can be reached from AV. Simón Bolívar or the E35. The roads within the sector are cobblestone and within the property the parking lots are cobblestone. Both small and large cars have accessed without any problem. Other things to note The location is privileged because it is close to the historic center of Quito (35 minutes) and all the tourist spots such as: Pasochoa Nature Reserve (10 minutes), Cotopaxi National Park (60 minutes), Quilota Lagoon (3 hours), Mitad del Mundo city (90 minutes), Otavalo (2 hours), Mindo (2 hours).
