Bedroom 1 (with 6 tatami air conditioning on the second floor), Bedroom 2 (no air conditioning on the second floor, 4.5 tatami mats), Bedroom 3 (with 6 tatami air conditioning on the first floor) is available for up to 3 rooms and 6 people (Bedroom 4 is a management room).
