Only 15 minutes from Soldotna and close to the Kenai and some of the best fishing holes, and the nearby Bird Homestead Golf Course. Our home is tastefully decorated to reflect the Alaskan lifestyle, can sleep 6 people, has a large bathroom with washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen and propane BBQ to grill up your catch! There is a separate tiny house and shop on-site that are periodically occupied by the owners. The space Our home is about 1,100 sq ft with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is Queen Hide-bed in the living room, with comfortable memory foam mattress. . There is a full-size washer and dryer on-site and a fully stocked kitchen. We have equipped the kitchen with everything you would need to cook up your fresh catch. Our property is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood and has ample parking. There is a fish clenaing table for use as well as a chest freezer in the cabin. There is a tiny house and shop on-site that is periodically occupied by the owners throughout the summer. Guest access Guests will have access to the main house and the entire 1 acre, with plenty of ample parking. The shop and tiny house on-site are locked. Other things to note The distances given in the listing is incorrect. We are located just 14 miles from Soldotna, and only about 40 minutes from the Kenai airport.
