No Pets, No Smoking allowed. The space A spacious 2-story home in Mohave Valley, AZ. Two spectacular terrace views of the Colorado River and CA desert mountains. $10 Tribal permits allows adults the use of 5+ miles of Ft Mohave Tribal beach coves and sand dunes for off-roading (just a 30-second drive from house). Nearby public marinas are at: Needles, Jack Smith, or Avi Resort launch ramps. Boat south to Pirate’s Cove or through Topock’s beautiful Gorge. NOTE: Only residents are allowed behind chain-link fencing to private marina and lagoon. The 2nd floor has two master bedroom suites each with king sized beds and French doors leading to two separate balconies facing west for spectacular sunrise and sunsets, flat screen TV’s with Direct TV cable and WIFI, large bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in showers. The expansive Great Room consists of the large family and dining area with total seating to 11 persons, kitchen with newer appliances designed with a large L-shaped 6-seat counter/bar, and a 65” flat screen TV. From the dining area are french doors that lead to the outdoor terrace balcony with a natural gas BBQ grill, an outdoor seating area, and equipped with an outdoor TV and Bluetooth sound system for more entertainment. The 2nd floor areas all have stunning panoramic views of the river and the beautiful desert including the CA and AZ mountain landscapes. (See photos to appreciate!) The 1st floor quarters for additional guests, include the living room with a flat screen TV and Direct TV/WIFI (ideal area for separate TV viewing for children and gamers), and two bedrooms (bedroom #3 with two queen beds; and bedroom #4 with one queen and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds). There is also a full bathroom, and complete laundry room facility with washer/dryer, towels and linens. A baby stair gate, extra beach chairs and board games are also provided for guest use. Enjoy the stunning river-view sunset with front seating at the wood burning fire-pit while toasting s’mores or gazing under the stars. Take your off-road toys to the nearby sand dunes, go fishing, bicycle, walk to the tribal beaches, or just relax on one of the two terrace balconies with your morning coffee enjoying the natural desert and mountain landscape. This home is the next best thing to being directly on the water! Our home also features plenty of parking for personal off-road or watercraft in the front circular or at the double-garage driveways. We welcome the mix of business travelers, vacationing families, as well as snowbirds and we take pride to ensure that all guests are comfortable and provided with essential necessities. For further convenience, there is nearby grocery shopping, gas, eateries, banking and a medical center just 4 miles up the highway. There is No garage access, and No closet access for Master Bedrooms 1 and 2. No firearms, No pets, and No smoking is allowed in this home or on the property. Guest access NOTES: All House areas are accessible, with the exception of the garage and closet areas in Master Bedrooms 1 and 2, due to owner's personal items. The gated community association’s marina/beach is for homeowners only. However daily passes can be purchased for beach and off-road use on the 5-miles of the Ft. Mohave Tribal beaches, coves and sand dunes. Guests may purchase Daily Permits ($10 each, 14 yrs and older; 13 and under are free). Ft. Other Beach/Launch Ramp Information: For a nominal fee, public Launch Ramps are also available at these 3 Tri-State areas: 1) Needles Marina Park (at bridge 5 miles south-100 Marina Drive) 2) Jack Smith Park Marina (at bridge 6 miles south-1000 River Rd, Needles) 3) Avi Casino & Resort- launch, rentals/fuel dock (7 miles north 1000 Aha Macav Pkwy), OR 4) across the river at the Palms River Resort in Needles. Plenty of guest parking is available in front of the double garages and in front on large circular driveway. Disclosure: There is Camera surveillance inside garage and exterior areas.
