Relax with the whole family. Waterfront location is ideal for a fun summer get away. The property faces Georgian Bay and backs onto the Tay Shore trail where you can walk/bike. Private beach and beach toys with lots of space to chill Water front fireplace and decks to relax and watch the sunset. 15 minutes from local attractions like Saint Marie of the Huron and Matyrs Shrine and Town of Midland The space The property is accessible via road and is a year round property . The house is equipped with heating and cooling . Bedrooms are small but cozy. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave and a coffee station. The living room has a large 60" TV with Rogers wifi providing Hi Speed Internet to watch your favorite sport or TV show. There are 2 working spaces for those who want a place to work. One is in the bedroom and the other in the living room with water view. All bedrooms have a view of the lake. There is a large lawn area facing the water as well as a sandy beach area for kids to play. Outdoor shower near beach and ramp to put your water toys and boats into the water Guest access Entrance to the property is via road. Gate is padlocked for safety reasons . code will be provided before check-in. Once into the property there is lots of parking spaces for your cars. Other things to note Bed linen (sheets, pillows & pillow cases) are provided . Please bring your own blankets , towels, toiletries, paper towels and face tissue boxes. Sometimes there may be lakeweed on the beach area.. but the water is clear and shallow near the deck stairs
