We would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions especially the Check-in instructions link on how to enter & pick up keys. Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability. We offer late check-out till 1 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest. Other things to note ➞ Please also note upon booking confirmation, we collect ID as required by law and you must sign our terms and conditions of the stay. ➞ Strictly NO parties or social gatherings are allowed Upon booking: ➞ We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. ➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. Early check-in prices: 12 pm - £40 1 pm - £31 2 pm - £23 3 pm - £12 Late check-out prices: 11 am - £12 11:30 am – 12 pm - £23 12:30 pm – 1 pm -£31 5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night ***Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: ➞Dish soap ➞One kitchen sponge ➞Two trash bags ➞Two full rolls of toilet paper ➞Travel-sized shampoo, body wash, and conditioner ➞One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen ➞Some tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, and salt ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST ➞ Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £150 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ➞ NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £1000 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ➞ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ➞ Unparalleled Security and Peace of Mind: We have one actively recording camera (video & audio) outside the property overlooking the street. There is also a smart home device in the living space, which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. ➞ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind. ➞ Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. ➞ Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests. In addition we require either; Security Deposit - pay a larger fee that is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. Or, Damage Waiver - We offer flexibility with damage waiver options that eliminate the friction often associated with security deposits.
