Independent Tiny House on isolated land behind my house. Accommodation equipped for 2 people, total area of 20 m². Quiet location 20 minutes from FUTUROSCOPE, 4 km from Poitiers city center accessible by bus. Walking access for a walk in the forest is accessible at 500 m as well as bike paths. Optional linens and towels, plan a small contribution of €5. The option is offered from 2 nights. Bikes can be stored in my garage for cyclists 🚴 The space A small space is provided for meals. Amenities: 1 microwave oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, Tassimo coffee maker and dishes (plates, cutlery, mug, glasses) Guest access Independent access through a gate on the side of my house. Key box for self check-in/out. A large private parking space in my yard is available. As the subdivision is new, it is best to follow the directions of Google Maps as many GPS systems do not have the correct address. Other things to note ATTENTION: Sheets, hand towel, shower mat, and dish towel: €5 (offered from 2 nights) The swimming pool is accessible only between June 1 and September 30, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with some flexibility depending on the outside temperatures but also the water 😅 notice to people who are more or less sensitive to the cold😉.
