Relaxed and comfortable, the house is 2000 square feet with five small bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two living areas, a full kitchen and an office. The kitchen features plenty of storage, and two refrigerators for your groceries and beverages. It is stocked with everything that you might need, including a blender for whipping up some frosty summer drinks. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and loft with two twin floor mattresses. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have bunk beds with pull-out trundles. All bedrooms have closets except the two-twin room. The property is on a quiet, no-outlet paved road with only 10 houses, great for kids with bikes or scooters. It is 1/4 mile from a local park with playground, pickleball courts and walking path, an easy walk/bike. Just off of the main road (Rt. 26), you can take the back roads to Bethany, saving time by avoiding the crowds on the main road. Enjoy the screened-in porch, grill, fire-pit and Adirondack chairs for relaxing backyard fun. Outdoor games include bocce, Molikky, ring toss, jenga and cornhole. There are pickleball racquets and balls for use at the playground. The house is ready for kids with plenty of plastic dishes, books and games.
