Welcome to our spacious and well-equipped Airbnb accommodation! Our 80 square meter basement apartment is thanks to the large windows very bright, providing you with a pleasant stay. The space The accommodation consists of two rooms and features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing your meals. Additionally, there are two sofa beds with a total of four additional sleeping options. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. For your convenience, there are shutters, a washing machine, underfloor heating, and a Smart TV with Netflix-App. Fast Wi-Fi is also available. The location of our accommodation is ideal for excursions and has access to public transportation. There is an hourly bus connection to MVV or AVV. You can reach Landsberg in 25 minutes, Augsburg in 40 minutes, and Munich in 50 minutes by car. Our quiet and rural location offers you the opportunity to explore the Bavarian lakes in the Five Lakes Region, especially Lake Ammersee. Other excursion options include Kaltenberg Castle with its knightly games, the old town of Landsberg, the Allianz Arena, and the Munich old town with the Oktoberfest. Guest access As our guest of our accommodation, you have access to a free parking space. The separate entrance allows for a convenient self-check-in with a key safe. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM (earlier upon request), and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Other things to note Our accommodation is a non-smoking property, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are included in the price, so you don't have to worry about these details.
