Excellent place to have a rejuvenating rest on comfy beds with AC right after your day at the beach! BEFORE BOOKING: Please read all the info below. Thanks! There is a second house on this premises and the parking spot for the other guests is inside the property so please make sure to not block the gate. Thanks! Other things to note Notice that my neighbors have an animal farm with all kind of pets that make all kind of noises! Most of my guests had followed my tips on this matter and haven’t found this to be a problem at all. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the ideal place for you to stay unless you know how to make your own weather. So here’s how I handle this and I never have trouble sleeping here in my house: #1. Close the room’s windows. #2. Air Conditioner turned ON will helps keeping outside noises away. #3. (I can’t stress this enough). If you still hear the roosters on top of the AC, in addition to the AC, please do also turn the Fan ON. This will helps on building an extra layer of white noise inside the room. And voilà! That’s all the vast majority of people need in order to not hear the roosters at all. If you don’t like to use the AC and the fan to sleep. You will hear the birds! -Just in case: •Earplugs will be provided. (Literally no one that had followed my tricks has ever used them). -For the extreme light sleepers: If after all this info you still choose to stay here: •Melatonin or any other sleep aid are recommended for you to bring so you will have less trouble falling or staying asleep. ;) Another thing to note: * This is a beautiful and charming “doll house” with small rooms. If you like or need spacious places in order to feel comfortable this may not be the perfect match for you. Thanks!
