Cabin by the sea

Cozy summer cottage with fantastic location on Sweden's sunniest coast! Here you get a nice sea view as the cottage is located on a hill with only 50 meters down to the sea. The cottage is older but with a new, fresh kitchen. A stone's throw away, there is a small swimming area where you are usually alone to swim. If you are a smaller group, you can paddle out with the canoe and swim at one of the islands. In the area, there are many nice walking paths. The space An older cottage with simple standard but that has everything you need! In the main building, there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), hall, TV room and two bedrooms with 1 and 3 beds, respectively. Bathroom and shower are located separately in the main building with exterior entrances. The kitchen is large, spacious and newly renovated and has lovely views! On the property, there are two smaller cottages, the small one with 2 beds and the larger cottage has a double bed and a single bed. The larger cottage has a wonderful view! The cottage is in a smaller cottage area. Since the cottage is not winterized, it is a bit leaky, which means that insects can get in and that with the proximity to the sea there are a lot of insects and bugs around the cottage. A stone's throw away, at the mouth of the bay, there is a cozy little swimming area where you are often completely alone! On the headland, there is also a nice barbecue area where you sit surrounded by the sea! Many swimming areas can be discovered even in the adjacent cottage areas. Nice walking paths are available in the area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note It is not allowed to burn in the fireplace/fireplace in the living room as there are cracks in the brick. The stove/oven in the kitchen has timers that need to be pressed to work. The timer is located above the stove to the right under the fan. Press it and the stove/oven will work for 60 minutes, if you need more time, press the button again. There is a 220 volt charger of type 2 contact that is located on the house node. The guest needs to bring their own charging cord (at least 2 m). Extra cost for electricity will be added. You pay for the electricity you use to charge your electric car during your stay.
