The space About the apartment Our 2-bedroom home is bright, clean, and currently ranked in the Top 5% on Airbnb. We’ve kept the design modern and fresh, with plenty of space for up to four guests—perfect for families or friends. The highlight is the balcony; it’s our favorite spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine. Inside, the living room is built for relaxing, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a smoothie maker. We’ve also added some personal touches like a yoga mat, a selection of books, and beach toys for the kids. The location We’re tucked away in a quiet residential area, which is great for a good night’s sleep. It’s a straightforward 10-minute walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the beach. If you’re flying in, we are only 10 minutes from the airport by car. We provide two private parking spaces at the building, so you'll never have to worry about finding a spot. To make things easy, we also have a washing machine, air conditioning, and use a lockbox for self-check-in. Guest access Everything in the apartment is yours to use—no second-guessing. We want you to feel at home the moment you walk in, so please make yourself comfortable. Whether you’re brewing a fresh morning coffee, using the kitchen to whip up a meal, or relaxing in the living room, the entire space is yours to enjoy. You will have full, private access to: • The entire 2-bedroom apartment including a spacious living room with a TV and Google speaker. • The private balcony with cozy seating for your morning coffee or evening wine. • The bathroom fully equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, and curling iron. • Two dedicated parking spaces located right at the building. We use a lockbox for a seamless self-check-in, so you can kick back and settle in at your own pace. Other things to note Parking made easy A lot of guests ask about parking, so we’ve made it simple: we have two dedicated spots right in front of the building. Both are clearly marked with the number 5 (you can see them in our photos). No need to stress about where to leave your car—just pull up and park! The basics are covered We want to save you space in your suitcase, so we provide the essentials: • Bathroom: Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and even spare toothbrushes just in case. • Laundry: We provide detergent for the washing machine, so you can easily freshen up your clothes. • Kitchen: You’ll find coffee, tea, oil, and various spices ready to use. We also keep some cereals stocked for a quick breakfast.
