New Serta® Elizabethtown Plush Euro Top mattress is a cooling, supportive mattress with a plush feel. •AC: window unit June 1st - October 1st The space The Sawyer Cutter House was built in 1770 by Thomas Edward Sawyer, the original settler to Orford New Hampshire. The homestead sits on 4 beautiful acres with a pond and running creek. First floor is common area, colonial style office, library, a.k.a. the Elvis room., TV room, Den, Laundry room, Dining room with sitting area, New modern kitchen with all LG stainless steel appliances. Bonus Complete Gym. We welcome Traveling Medical Professionals short term or long. We provide a happy, healthy, safe environment to all. Guest access Main floor is all common area. Gym is downstairs. No service animals in common areas. Front patio, back patio, yard and fishing dock During your stay Welcome to text / email, or knock on our door. We live on property. Other things to note Minimum age 21 No overnight Visitors. Water at The Sawyer Cutter House: Our home is on a deep well, which is tested and safe for drinking water. We also have a water purifying computer system on the house to even make the water better tasting. Both refrigerators have a filter system for ice and water. Please don’t hesitate to drink the water it is safe. We always leave bottle water with the glass in the room for convenience for when the guests arrives.
