The ottoman transitions into a sleeper chair, and the pack and play is stored in the closet - though we know everyone will end up in the bed. The feature wall was designed to create an elevated, inviting, and warm “cabin chic” aesthetic. Offering a dedicated work space looking onto the golf course, Elk Grove is a pretty special room with a separate door to the back patio and swing. The en-suite, grotto, offers a large soaking tub, dual vanities, a stand-up shower, and a walk-in closet. There is an iron/ironing board in the closet along with hangers, extra blankets, and… a wall.. If a cabinet does not open easily. Please do not pull on them. They are not for guest use. The front door has digital locks. Each guest will have a personalized access code that will be sent before check-in. Only registered guests are allowed unless previously agreed to before booking. There is a multi-camera security monitoring system on site. One is facing the front door, one is facing the back door slider, and one is facing the driveway. Other things to note ☆THIS IS A NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SHOES, and NO SMOKING property.☆ ALTITUDE – If you're visiting from a lower elevation, you may experience some altitude sickness. We would appreciate it if you would join us in this tradition and place your shoes in the provided boot tray in the laundry room + INTERNET ACCESS – We have high-speed internet for you to stay connected. + The kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator & oven and is stocked with pots, pans, and a toaster. Coffee: We offer drip coffee and a K-Cup machine, with sugar options ranging from raw to stevia. Not into coffee? There’s a selection of teas for your enjoyment! + The bathroom has essentials for a home away from home. This includes: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup towels, and a blow dryer. + HEAT and AC: WINDOWS AND DOORS MUST BE CLOSED TO OPERATE THE AC CORRECTLY. We have a furnace as well as a gas fireplace that heats up the living space nicely. The glass gets VERY hot. Please use with caution. + Per the city of Williams, noise is restricted between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please limit outdoor noise during your stay. + Please do not move any furniture around the house except to make room for pull-out couches for increased sleeping arrangements. + PLEASE ONLY USE TOILET PAPER in the toilets. There is a bin for trash just to the right of the toilet. No feminine products or wipes/flushable wipes, floss, etc should be flushed down the toilet. + First Aid: Located in the blue zip-around pouch under the kitchen sink. + EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: We’d love to accommodate your creative endeavor, however, they are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and a separate fee.
