This property is owner occupied. The basement is entirely separate from the upstairs. There are stairs leading to the entrance (see pictures). Pool access is for guests only, no parties allowed. Enjoy easy access to everything. Located 15 minutes to Sandy’s Casino, Racing and Gaming, Camp Landing and Malibu Jacks. Enjoy a day in Central Park and Downtown Ashland to shop the wonderful boutiques and trendy coffee shops n restaurants. The space This private spacious unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths a large kitchen and a comfortable living room. We provide a 60” TV to enjoy while you wind down and relax. You will have all the amenities and conveniences you need to enjoy a home away from home. The upstairs is owner occupied. The lower level is completely separate and has its own entrance. Guest access House offers a swimming pool during the summer season (closes on Labor Day) and a fire pit during those cooler nights. Guests will also have access to the pool bar and patio area. For those bringing your pets we have a walkable neighborhood or you can take your furry friend to the Paw Park just down the road. Other things to note There is a $50.00 pet fee. We are conveniently located in the tri-state of KY, OH and WV. Downtown Huntington, Big Sandy Superstore Arena, Marshall University and Cabell Huntington Hospital is about 20 minutes away. Ironton, OH is just across the bridge.
