Relax in this unique and quiet home, wonderfully located in Bølshavn, only a few 100 meters to the sea and the harbor with lovely swimming opportunities. Bølshuset is a charming thatched fisherman's house from 1778 of 55 m2, thoroughly renovated in 2020. Bølshavn is one of the small fishing villages on the Bornholm coast with old fishermen's houses, a lovely little harbor and a local inn. Here you can enjoy the Baltic Sea, lovely walks along the coastal path, the beautiful sunrises and much more. Both Gudhjem, Listed and Svaneke are a short distance away. The space The house is on two levels with living room and kitchen downstairs as well as two bedrooms and toilet upstairs. One bedroom has a double bed and a view of the Baltic Sea, so you can hear the sea noise as well as watch the sunrise from the triangle window. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together into a double bed if desired. Baths are located outside in a small separate bathhouse, just a few dirt from the front door. In addition, there is a functional outdoor kitchen with both barbecue, gas burner, with both cold and hot water as well as a kitchen table - so you can cook under the lovely summer sky. Behind the house is a lovely, enclosed garden with lots of room for various outdoor activities - here you will also find various herbs and vegetables that are welcome to use. There are also 3 bikes for free use. The house has a small, slightly steep staircase to the first floor and is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, nor for families with young children.
