Pleasant and quiet environment. Located on the sixth floor, you have an amazing view of the mountains, sea and sunset. The apartment is a few meters from Vale's botanical park, with an area for walking and lots of green areas. It is a 10-minute walk from Camburi Beach. 800 meters away you have the entire service and commercial structure of the Jardim Camburi neighborhood. Plus great restaurants and bars. Super family-friendly and safe condominium. The space The apartment is very ventilated, airy and well lit. It is accessed by elevator and also by an internal flight of stairs. I have 2 kittens that live with me but they are very quiet. Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. I only rent to women. Guest access The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one for rent and the other exclusively for the host. The bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry area will be shared with me. If you need a desk for work, I can make one available to be placed in the room. During your stay Whenever you need information about the city, how to get around and about tourist spots, I will be available. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with an Air fryer, espresso machine, cooktop, mixer, blender. You can do laundry. Electrical equipment can be used as long as you use common sense.
