Pool and courts available to guests. The space The house is located in a very quiet and safe residential development in the city of Manta. It has parking for two cars and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor you will find the living room, dining room, a large kitchen and a half bathroom. The whole house has filtered drinking water, however the kitchen has a water filtering system called reverse osmosis, which guarantees drinking water directly; there is also a refrigerator. In the PB there is a television and an air conditioner, which makes a very cool atmosphere. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The showers have hot water. In the side courtyard there is a shower to get the sand off, laundry and washing machine; finally in the backyard there is a clothes dryer.
