Characterful 18C Coach House with Large Garden

This is our family home....and on-going project. A beautiful, spacious 18th century coach house with a lot of original features and country charm. It has three very large bedrooms, with capacity for a maximum 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. It also has an office for home working. It is located in the south Norwich countryside, a 15-minute journey from central Norwich and just over half an hour to the Norfolk coast. The space There’s a large, beautiful garden (although unsecure, for those with dogs or small children) with a garden table, and large bbq for guests to use. There’s also a wild meadow paddock that’s perfect for making the most of the evening sun. For children, there’s a trampoline and climbing frame. It’s a very peaceful location, on the outskirts of the village Bracon Ash, and as much to enjoy in the garden as there is around Norfolk. It’s a ten-minute detour from the A11, 15 minutes from Wymondham train station or 20 minutes from Norwich station. The home is very comfortable, but as it’s an on-going renovation project there are parts unrenovated or in progress: largely, these rooms are closed off, but please expect the odd plasterboard wall, or unfinished exterior (of the house). Master Bedroom 1 Superking with bathroom en-suite Bedroom 2 Double bed with additional child’s single. Bedroom 3 Kingsize with bathroom en-suite Bedroom 4 Office with small sofabed, suitable for a child. This room adjoins bedroom 3. Shower room Kitchen, dining and living room are in the same area. Guest access Guests will have full access to to the garden. some of the unfinished rooms in the house will not be accessible. Other things to note As mentioned, this is not a holiday home so it will have our personal effects in the property and some areas are still work in progress! Animals usually live at the property but they will not be around for your stay.
