Our beautiful fully-equipped apartment refurbished by an architect, in the city center and a 4-minute walk from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station (line 9) welcomes you during your Parisian stay while enjoying the calmness of our small condominium! The space It consists of a bedroom, a large equipped kitchen open to the living room (with comfortable extra bed), a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace away from view. All bathed in light, surrounded by green plants, a vegetable garden, a large library, a video projector and a piano! You can also enjoy the lively and family-friendly area of Montreuil: many restaurants, bars, terraces, shops at the foot of the building, at the end of a pedestrian street. Green spaces (parks and gardens) are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is on metro line 9 serving the tourist points of the capital (Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Parc des Princes, Champs Élysées...). 30 minutes from the Stade de France and 20 minutes from the Bercy arena. It is located in the city center, a 4 mins-walk away from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station (line 9) . You will enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our little compound during your parisian stay ! The apartment has a large kitchen opening onto the living room (with a comfortable extra bed), a bathroom with a tub, and a nice terrace with a kitchen garden, hidden from view. The flat is bathed in light, our green plants create a cosy atmosphere. As you will notice, we love books ! The living room is equipped with a video projector and a piano. You will also enjoy Montreuil lively area, where families are very much at ease. The building is located close to restaurants, cafés, terraces, shops in a pedestrian street. Green areas (parks and gardens) are very near (5 minutes walk). Paris main touristic spots and some sites of Paris 2024 Olympic Games are directly accessible with the Metro line 9 (Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Parc des Princes, Champs Elysées…). The Stade de France is 30 mins away, and Bercy Arena, 20 minutes. Vélib (bike rental) stations can be found 200 m away from the flat.
