The bedroom has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep 4 people. Other things to note Beautiful one bedroom, second floor unit with a back door that opens to a patio with gorgeous views! Come kick your feet up at this newly remodeled fully furnished condo and enjoy the pool that is just a few steps away from your door. Grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset on the large patio or take advantage of the bottom fishing deck and catch a keeper! Need some sand? Rent a golf cart and head to the beach that is just 2 miles away or dine out at any of the local favorite restaurants!! This condo is located on the widest part of the canal, giving you absolutely AMAZING sunset views and the perfect setting for boating and fishing. Check in is 4pm Check out is 11am Guests will enjoy- -Second Floor condo with water views, THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON SITE -One bedroom, queen bed -Sleeper Sofa in the living room (linens provided) -Sleeps Max 4, per city permit -Washer and Dryer in condo -Private patio space Complex Description and Amenities This quiet complex features three buildings and only 19 total units, making it peaceful uncrowded compared to many other complexes. Guests enjoy: -Shared pool (not heated) -Shared grill areas -Shared fishing decks -Shared boat slips (first come, first serve) -Gorgeous canal views from every condo Parking -ONE assigned parking space per condo (matches your unit number). -A few unmarked spaces and limited street parking are available for additional vehicles. -Guests should NEVER park in another unit’s assigned space. -No trailer parking allowed in the lot. (See boating details below.) Dog Friendly We welcome ONE dog under 20 lbs. -Pet fee: $90 -Dog must be declared on your reservation and fee paid prior to arrival. -ONE DOG ONLY: UNDER 20lbs. -No cats, birds, bunnies, or other animals permitted. Boating and Fishing This is a dream spot for fishermen and boaters! -Boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis -Shared fishing decks for guest use -No trailer parking allowed onsite -City ordinance requires any street-parked trailer to remain attached to a vehicle. Many guests choose to launch and store trailers at Marker 37 Marina, which is a convenient and popular option on the island. What We Provide We include a starter supply of: *Toilet paper *Paper towels *Laundry detergent *Trash bags *Hospitality soaps ***For longer stays or heavier use, you may want to bring extras or visit a nearby grocery store. We provide: *Bath towels (for bathroom use only) *Basic cookware and kitchen essentials We do NOT provide: *Beach towels *Beach gear What to Pack -Your favorite coffee (coffee maker provided) -Beach towels -Beach gear (or support our amazing local beach shops!) -Any specialty cooking items you may need -If you tend to get chilly, consider packing an extra blanket. Rules for this unit are as follows: 1 dog under 2olbs, with paid pet fee, NO OTHER ANIMALS are allowed (no cats, no birds, no bunnies, etc) Smoking is not permitted. Parties are NOT permitted. Guests have access to the pool, boat slips (first come first serve), and fishing docks. We do allow guests to have 1 dog only, no cats or other animals. Guests should add their pet as a guest when they book and pay the pet fee. Pets are not permitted on beds or couches, allowed to be left alone to bark and bother other guests, and should not be allowed to use the bathroom in the condo. Animal fee is $90.
