This simple unit with balcony is located at the heart of the city. Getting around the city won't be a problem! Located right behind a mall, which has restaurants, shops, supermarket and many others. You'll have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us! The space It is a 26sqm. Studio Unit with Balcony, facing directly Ayala Mall Capitol. Guest access You can access the whole unit and free pool use once you book with us! However, the unit does not have a parking space but we could arrange for you ahead of time, don't hesitate to inform us ahead of time. Other things to note 1. We require valid ID's of both guests prior to check in for guest endorsement form that will be submitted to the building admin. 2. Please approach the Guard first for signing the Guest Endorsement Form. 3. For Self Check-in, you may get the keys at mailbox located at the lobby before the elevators. 4. Please take good care of the appliances and items inside the unit as your own. Refrain from staining the mattress, pillows, bed sheets, sofa, floor, etc. If stains/damages are found, guests will be charged for the cleaning fee. Inform us immediately please. Thank you. 5. Rubber slippers are provided strictly for bathroom/inside the unit use ONLY. Do not use it outside the unit premises PLEASE. 6. In case of brownouts, electricity is only provided at the hallways. Guests may use the extension cords provided in the unit to plug in the sockets at the hallways. 7. Visitors are allowed from 6am-11pm only. Sleeping over won't be allowed unless indicated on the endorsement form. Please inform us if you have someone coming to visit you in the unit. Thank you. 8. Free pool use for registered guests only. Other relatives or friends will have to pay the swimming pool fees (max of 4-5 persons only - inform me ahead of time.
