Second floor unit in one of the most central, yet quiet neighbourhoods. Other than the thoughtfully and fully functional unit, you will get the perfect location! Our unit has two bedrooms. With a queen bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. All sheets etc are provided. Our unit is always professionally cleaned before every guest. This has made our co-host Ali a super host 7 years in a row. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note Please park on your designated area. Respect our quiet hours and people living in our secondary units. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. Security cameras are located in the hallway, common areas of the building, and outside. We are not responsible if the cameras are not functioning for any reason. Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days.
