The space comprises a cloakroom & newly fitted stylish kitchenette, leading to a newly fitted private shower room with excellent water pressure.The spacious bedroom has a bay fronted window with views to the gardens & is decorated in a fresh contemporary style with a super comfortable king size bed with quality bed linen.A generous sofa for relaxing & central heating throughout makes the space cosy. The space ‘Old Timbers’ is located in a pretty Devon village nestled in a valley surrounded by hills. The rural setting of the village is peaceful and there is a range of countryside walks for you to enjoy on the doorstep. ’Little Timbers’ has been developed as a self-contained and totally private ground floor wing of Old Timbers house. The accommodation is most suitable for couples. You will enter the accommodation via your front door which is situated to the rear of the house in the lovely gardens. As you enter the accommodation you will find cloakroom and kitchenette facilities. The newly fitted, stylish kitchen area is attractive, light and welcoming. For preparing breakfast it offers a toaster, kettle, sink and fridge. In addition, to prepare light meals there is a microwave and for dining there is a small table with chairs. The kitchenette leads to the newly fitted private shower room. The shower has excellent water pressure. The spacious bedroom with a king size bed has a large bay fronted window with views to the gardens and beautiful countryside beyond. It is decorated in a fresh contemporary style with a luxury king size bed which is super comfortable. There is also a large cosy sofa to curl up and relax watching TV or reading your favourite book. All main streaming channels are accessible via the quality 42" Samsung Smart TV. For your use there is Wi-Fi and a sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. This room has a small writing desk and some hanging space. The accommodation has stunning parquet flooring throughout with attractive rugs and is centrally heated. You will also have access to a terrace immediately outside your front door for alfresco dining using the electric BBQ provided. From the lawn area you will find stunning views across the fields beyond and many beautiful sunsets. The house has a large driveway with ample parking. To access the property there are a number of uneven steps and so unfortunately it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The property is also situated on a hill. We provide an electric BBQ on the terrace outside your space. This is very simple to use.
