El Tesorillo flat

We apologize for any inconvenience. 70m² apartment in Velilla-Taramay, a small hamlet of 3,000 inhabitants belonging to Almuñécar (Granada) Located between the Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almería, the area has everything you need for an excellent vacation: -Velilla beach 400 m away -Aqua Tropic about 10 minutes away by car -San Cristóbal beach 10 minutes away by car Plus: summer pool! :) The space The house is located in the urbanization el Tesorillo. It is necessary to climb stairs to access. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in an open space to an area with a dining table. - a kitchen area open to the living room - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * 2 bedrooms, both with 1 double bed of 135x190 - 1 bathroom In a small anteroom just as you enter the flat, you can find a work desk. We hope you find it useful :) Also, before entering the apartment, we have a small space with a small table to have coffee outside. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has air conditioning and heating by means of 3 air conditioning units in the living room and in both bedrooms. For the bedrooms, you will have at your disposal 2 standing fans. Hot water is provided by a 50-liter electric water heater: once the water runs out, you just have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you come by car, you can park inside the urbanization free of charge (there are no assigned parking spaces). In addition, there is access to a communal swimming pool open from 20 June to 15 September , with opening hours from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00. The washer/dryer is the same appliance, 2 in 1. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
