Chic apartment between Munich and Lake Starnberg

Lovingly furnished 1-room apartment with separate bathroom in the center of Gauting. Within walking distance to the S-Bahn station with connection to Munich (center 25 min) and Lake Starnberg (10 min). It is located on the 2nd floor of a terraced house, i.e. there is no separate entrance, but a private bathroom, a hallway and a fully equipped kitchenette. The space The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. The small dining table seen in the photos has been replaced with a larger, more stable one. There are also various storage options in shelves as well as of course a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking (cooking utensils), including oil, sugar, salt, pepper. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a kettle. You will also find a mini oven and microwave. The TV currently has no "live TV," as it is currently being converted to fiber optic, but it is connected to the Internet, so that the media libraries and also Amazon can be used. Towels and linens are included. In the bathroom, there is a hairdryer and an emergency basket, in case you have forgotten your toothbrush or shower gel. Guest access Not insignificant for smokers: smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself. However, there is a bench right outside the front door in the front yard that can be used for smoking. Other things to note On the dining table you will find everything you need for your stay. You will find the Wi-Fi password there as well as the public transport schedules. I have also compiled the shopping facilities in Gauting as well as restaurants in the area. They are also on the dining table. Ideas for day trips can also be found there. Check-in after 9 pm is possible by prior arrangement, but is subject to a fee: Check-in from 9 pm to 10:30 pm - 20 euros Check-in after 10:30 pm - no longer possible Early check-in is only possible if the apartment is not occupied by the booking date (time window for cleaning). Please also make prior arrangements for this. A fee will be charged for a much earlier check-in. Please note: The apartment is not suitable for toddlers/babies due to the lack of equipment and noise-sensitive neighbors. Children from 6 years of age are welcome by arrangement, but there is no extra bed, only the double bed.
