Your private room is located in a house in the countryside, 15 minutes from Douai, 30 minutes from Lille, Lens and Valenciennes, 7 minutes from the Sin le Noble golf course and 20 minutes from the Merignies golf course. The accommodation, with access to shared spaces with the hosts, is surrounded by a garden. Possibility, on request, to enjoy the outdoor facilities and the above-ground pool, heated, in summer, accessible from the terrace. You can have a good time relaxing or playing sports! The space Our house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance open to the living/dining room and kitchen, a cellar with shower cabin, toilet, and upstairs the bedrooms including three guest rooms with a shared bathroom just opposite including sink, shower and toilet. The accommodation is located in a very quiet and residential area. Life there is very peaceful, in the middle of nature, but very close to amenities: a restaurant in the municipality, a farm 5 minutes walk with local products, many restaurants in the surrounding municipalities (Coutiches, Lallaing, Orchies, Douai...) The house is located at the end of a quiet driveway, with stunning views of the countryside! No parking worries for your car or motorcycle! Please feel free to message us for more information! Guest access You will have access to the bedroom, the bathroom just opposite (with toilet sink and shower) the living room for having your breakfast. During your stay Please be aware that we love to interact but will also be able to leave space for guests to ensure everyone's privacy.
