Welcome to our Vallouisian home!

Nestled in the heart of the wooded and south-facing subdivision of La Casse, 5 minutes from the center of Vallouise, we offer a beautiful, very bright 75 m² duplex apartment on the top of a house with a garden. A true haven of peace and greenery where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy the many walks and mountain activities that surround us. Part of the garden is accessible to guests and has a garden table and deckchairs. The space The accommodation is a duplex apartment, with a separate entrance, located on the top of a typical Casse house. The bottom of the house is inhabited by the owners. We provide free bed linen and towels. Access to the apartment is via a large staircase that leads to the first balcony and the glass front door. A small furnished entrance allows you to drop off your coats, bags and shoes. The apartment consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen on the first level and two bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and the other with 2 90 beds) and a bathroom/toilet upstairs. The part of the garden located on the south side, in front of the ground floor accommodation is private and reserved for the owners as it faces their bay window. The eastern part of the garden (clothes drying rack side) is shared and can be used by guests. A garden table and deckchairs are reserved for them. Guests have access to the washing machine, located in the laundry room, on the ground floor of the house. Please note, we do not have Wi-Fi. 4G and 5G work perfectly. Guest access The part of the garden located on the south side, in front of the ground floor accommodation, is private and reserved for the owners as it faces their bay window. The eastern part of the garden (clothes drying rack side) is shared and can be used by guests. A garden table and deckchairs are reserved for them. Guests have access to the washing machine, located in the laundry room, on the ground floor of the house. Other things to note For information, the bathroom is comfortable but it should be noted that the bathtub is small and located in a sloping space. Ideal for children's baths, this is something to consider for tall people!
