It is a 20 sqm apartment consisting of a small double bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. The home is very special, with furniture designed to make all spaces useful. Nearby is a coin-operated laundry, a pastry shop, two supermarkets and a pharmacy. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus. The space ● The bedroom consists of a French bed and a wardrobe. Its peculiarity is the constellation made with LEDs above the bed which, together with the reproduction of the famous Van Gogh painting "The Starry Night", gives a unique atmosphere to the room. ● In the living area is the kitchen which is new, complete with induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a table that closes into the wall if the sofa bed is used. ● In the bathroom with window there is a nice shower, soap, shampoo and hairdryer, as well as a large mirror with excellent lighting. ● The apartment is complete with everything you need to clean. Guest access Yes, you can also use the courtyard, the entrance door is near the apartment door. You can hang your laundry in the courtyard. I left a clothesline for guests. Other things to note The apartment is on the ground floor inside a courtyard, however it has a good brightness and is not particularly noisy. The bed is 140 cm wide and the sofa bed is the same size. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you need to use the sofa bed. The additional cost for using the sofa bed is €5. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival and the updated value on 01/01/2026 is €1.80 per person per day. In the parking space in front of my garage (now used as a warehouse) a fake camera is installed with the simple goal of intimidating the malicious, since no recording is absolutely possible.
