La Nota Verde: "Terra" room for 4

We are Alessia and Maurizio and welcome you to our little paradise, a 1900 farmhouse surrounded by greenery that we are lovingly restoring. Eco-sustainable simplicity is the basis of our philosophy of life. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to meet us while we tend to our synergistic garden, play Jazz notes, or dedicate ourselves to the art of ceramics. We're here to welcome you with joy to our corner of tranquility. We look forward to seeing you soon, La Nota Verde. The space We provide 2 rooms of our house: Terra room and Mare room, which are located on the first floor. Upon entering, you will find wooden stairs and once you have walked up them, on the left, you will be able to access a corridor that will lead you to the two bedrooms. In each room you will find a double bed. Terra Room is designed to accommodate up to 4 people, a family or a small group of friends (the sofa turns into two single beds). Outside, after walking through the pergola, there is a lovingly furnished room where you can enjoy breakfast and relax. At Nota Verde you are immersed in a very rustic and familiar atmosphere. During your stay, you can meet our two old kittens and two dwarf hens that have joined the family this year: for this reason, we have decided not to be able to welcome our dog friends. SHARED OUTDOOR BATHROOM: to access it you have to leave the rooms, go down the stairs that lead to the main exit and walk along the sidewalk along the perimeter of the house. The bathroom is shared with other guests. Guest access If you arrive from the SR463, the parking lot will be on the right about 50 meters from the house, at the end of the garden that runs along the road. If you arrive from Via Viali, it will be on the left. From the parking lot, you can reach the house by walking through the garden or along the road. The main entrance is shared with the host.
