B - Elegant Private Duplex with AC at City Center

This mini duplex is situated at 10 minutes from the heart of Pucallpa city. Featuring a kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a both a double and 1.5 sized beds in its upper level, the property is a short drive from downtown and many supermarkets, shops, and the airport. WiFi, AC unit, 1 pedestal fan and limited laundry included. The space This new apartment with street view allows three people for the stay. In the main living area, enjoy features such as a kitchenette equipped with the essentials, a bathroom with shower, and a comfortable living room. The bedroom is located up a narrow spiral staircase and is implemented with essential furniture such as a closet, nightstands, a desk, a sofa chair, a workspace with desk, a 32” smart TV with cable, and both a double size bed and a single sized one. The kitchenette is formed by a counter with top shelves and drawers, a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a boiler, and a sink with a dish drainer implemented with basic crockery and cutlery. In the living room you’ll find a double size sofa, a storage cabinet, as well as a 4-person large dining table in the middle of it. Near the apartment entrance you’ll locate a coat rack and a shoe cabinet. In regard to the bathroom, it is implemented with a sink with mirror, a toilet, and a shower without hot water system. Guest access The mini-duplex is inside of a family residence in a section next to the principal home building. From the main gate of the residence, all the way to the duplex apartment, there are stairs, followed by an outdoor walkway-patio in which you can choose to sit on any of the displayed seats while working or enjoying a coffee in the open air. Also, including with their duplex keys, there will be a key for the residence's main gate. You’re welcome to arrive late without any issues; however, please note that from 10 PM to 6 AM, the smart lock for the main gate requires a unique 4-digit code for each guest, which will be provided to you one day before check-in. 🪪 For security purposes, please be informed that we will kindly request to see an identification document upon your first arrival. Other things to note - As a courtesy, we offer a free of charge reposition of towels twice a week (on Mondays and Fridays), and you’ll be able, with a previous notification, to make laundry (using both washing and drying machine) free of charge once every three days, two times a week. There are also cleaning implements available for using in your rental apartment in a cabinet situated in the mentioned walkway, in which you may also find an iron and iron board. - There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the bedroom that is in the duplex. To go from the residence main gate into the walkway that leads to the duplex, guests have to climb up a staircase. The same applies for the laundry area, requiring to climb down a few steps staircase. - The walkway patio will be shared with other guests, homeowners and their visits and pets. Thus, you may happen to come across with other people in the common areas. - The property does not have a hot water system for the bathrooms. But do not worry, the weather in Pucallpa has rarely ever required it! - Pucallpa's tap water isn't for drinking, but you can always boil it in the water kettle provided in the duplex. - Even though barely noticeable, during daytime, guest may hear the noise from vehicles transiting on the street, as well from people and pets inside the residence. On the other hand, during nighttime, it is possible in some occasions to hear noises from cats and other critters from outside. - The homeowners have 6 harmless small chihuahua dogs, which can be sometimes encountered in the outside walkway during daytime. You may expect a bit noisy welcome from them on any of your arrivals. But don’t worry, if you love dogs, you’ll get used to them very soon and even want to pet them whenever they approach to you! In this sense, we kindly ask you to procure to keep your duplex door closed to avoid the entrance of these curious ‘guests’. - The common areas are equipped with 8 actively recording security cameras for the safety of anyone staying in the property. Additionally, there is a smart home device at the main gate of the residence that actively records audio and video. All the mentioned devices are located outside the rental duplex room, in the common areas and exteriors of the residence. - The windows that face the interior of the residence are tinted to guarantee the privacy of the tenants, and that they can enjoy the sunlight during the day.
