Our guests are treated to a spacious, industrial-chic 600 sf luxury studio apartment for two. We know cleanliness is important when you travel, so we go the extra mile to ensure the unit is pristine when you arrive. If you're tired of staying at the old same-same of other homes, apartments, and hotels, this is the place for you. It's the perfect, unique getaway for two you've been looking for. Nestled alongside a home built in 1875, The Industrial has been updated and modernized while maintaining the utility feel from its roots. Originally built as a brick garage, the building was later expanded to include an upstairs apartment. The downstairs was then converted into a metal shop, which created custom-made metal works. When the current owners purchased the property in 2012, the home and the secondary building underwent significant updates. (Tours of the home can be arranged for the curious.) The metal shop was converted into an office for a digital marketing company, with the downstairs as the primary work area and an additional office and conference room upstairs. After the business sold, more construction began, and "The Industrial" was born. A full kitchen and bath were added, while keeping the original steel support beam in place, keeping "The Industrial" in touch with its roots. The owners went to great lengths to maintain the rugged, metal styling of an industrial space while giving guests a crisp and clean stay that balances the old with the new. The Industrial is the downstairs unit of a two-unit building. Other guests/tenants may be upstairs during your stay. Guest access Private entrance to your own space using a personal keypad code. Includes access to the shared back patio, which includes gas and wood fire pits, comfy patio furniture, reclining sun chairs, and the views and sounds of nature. For every new guest, we perform a deep/detailed cleaning, including wiping and sanitizing high-traffic/touch surfaces. You won't find a cleaner place to stay!
