The space There are five bedrooms in the house, each with its own bathroom and a small kitchen area or kitchen. Thanks to the thoughtful space concept with private bathroom and mini kitchen, guests can enjoy time together and retreat if needed – for maximum privacy and comfort. Two rooms are suitable for two people each, one for four people (with a king size bed and two futons in the attic), and a residential unit – consisting of two rooms – can accommodate up to six people (with a queen size bed and two bunk beds). Common areas include a living room with fireplace, dining area, conservatory, large terrace with garden. In summer, the air conditioning in three bedrooms ensures your well-being, while in the cold season on the ground floor you enjoy the cozy warmth of the underfloor heating as well as the fireplace. A sauna and a Bestway hot tub for about five people are available for guests upon prior request. The sauna also has an attractive outdoor area equipped with a refreshing cold bath. This allows guests to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere outdoors after the sauna. In the entertainment area, guests can play billiards, table football and in summer table tennis, football or badminton. Some fitness equipment is also available. The property has parking for four cars. Guests can also use two bicycles after prior registration. Quiet hours from 23:00 to 7:00 are to be observed as a consideration for the neighbors. The surrounding area invites you to discover discoveries and small adventures – whether in nature, in charming villages or at cultural highlights: Rieth, only about 7 km from Hintersee, is idyllically located on the Szczecin Lagoon and delights with a small but fine beach as well as quiet swimming opportunities – perfect for relaxing summer days. The beach of Ueckermünde is spacious and beautiful – here you almost feel like on the Baltic Sea, with fine sand and maritime flair. The old town and port of Ueckermünde invite you to stroll: historic facades, cozy cafes and the gentle swing of the boats create a special atmosphere. Szczecin is a cultural highlight of the region – lively, steeped in history and full of surprises. A day is barely enough to discover all its facets. The Kaiserbäder and Swinemünde, about 1.5 hours away by car, offer a pure Baltic Sea feeling – with elegant architecture, promenades and endless beaches. A day trip around the Szczecin Lagoon by car leads through charming places such as Ueckermünde, Anklam, Usedom, Swinemünde, Misdroy, Szczecin and Hintersee – a route full of nature, history and regional peculiarities.
