The space Located only 900 meters from Pin Sec beach, Gîte Junca invites you to unwind in a quiet and natural setting—ideal for exploring the Médoc region at your own pace. Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space with a cosy lounge area, a dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen (stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). Everything you need to feel at home is provided. The gîte includes one bedroom with a double bed carefully decorated. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity. The toilet is separate for added convenience. A baby cot and highchair can also be provided free of charge upon request. OUTDOORS – A Private Estate in the Heart of Nature Within a vast private forest estate of 4,200 hectares, you’ll enjoy an exceptional natural environment accessible only to residents. Kilometers of walking and cycling trails await you in a peaceful, unspoiled setting. The wild and lifeguarded beach of Le Pin Sec is just 900 meters away—perfect for swimming, surfing, or picnicking by the ocean. Bicycles can also be rented and delivered directly to the gîte for your convenience. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €650 will be requested as part of your rental. This is a bank imprint only: it is neither blocked nor debited, and does not affect your card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will be charged. Within 7 days of your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and in accordance with our terms and conditions, the deposit will be automatically released—no action required on your part.
