The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in clean linens and a comfortable thick , spring mattress. Attached is spacious bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. There's a big fridge , microwave and a 4 burner gascooker with an oven. All in good condition. There is an airy balcony accessible from both the living room and bedroom perfect for morning coffee, yoga or catching up with emails. We are up to date with maintenance and we ensure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest. Apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with 8 houses in total. We are in a quiet residential area of diani a walking distance to Coast Dishes Other things to note No hot water , the coastal weather is hot enough to not need hot water in the unit. The water tank is placed on the rooftop so the water is warm rather than cold. No AC , we provide two floor fans ,one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
