The space On the ground floor, you will find an entrance leading to a beautiful fully-equipped high-end kitchen as well as a very pleasant living room for families or groups of friends. A toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, steam iron and ironing board also make up this level. Finally, a garage makes it easy for you to park. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms (two with queen size beds and one with two single beds). One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk, another with a 50-inch TV for your comfort. Two bedrooms with large closet/dressing room and one bedroom with wardrobe for all your belongings. Bathroom with bathtub AND separate shower, towel dryer, vanity and separate toilet. Finally, a sunny garden is accessible from the living room with furniture to relax on. Ultra high-speed fiber is installed and you have a superb streaming package at no extra cost on both TVs in the accommodation (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Universal etc.) Guest access The entire place is reserved for you Other things to note Please note that smoking is only allowed outside the property. Many bars and restaurants are located within a few minutes' walk, so we ask that your events/parties etc. take place outside the accommodation Finally, we love pets very much but they are also entitled to a vacation, so during your stay, we will ask you to come and go without them. These rules are made to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Failure to comply with any of these rules will unfortunately result in termination of the rental and no refund.
