It lies on the beautiful Okaloosa sounds right on the water and only minutes from the Fort Walton Beach beaches. **IMPORTANT** We have decided to sell our beautiful condo and it is currently listed . While it is NOT Mandatory, we will ask permission to allow a realtor to show our condo- mostly on weekends. Toaster oven, blender, waffle maker **We no longer have washer/dryer in the condo, but laundry room is on 1st floor** ALL Utilities included, WIFI, AC and central heat. This oasis is comfortable, cozy, and quaint. *FLORIDA HAS BUGS* dusk and pm mosquitos come out. Spray yourselves. We have regular treatments for roaches, ants , bed etc…. After spraying-sometimes the bugs come out of hiding and die on the floor. Or cleaners sweep before every guest, but understand that this may happen. Let us know if you have questions. Hold the # to lock , after 3 seconds red light flashes 3xs and you’ll hear it lock. *We have regular professional pest control Treatments for all bugs, we are certified bed bug free, all mattresses and pillows are sealed.
