Marc and I decided to make our guest room useful for passing travelers. Our location is ideal for business travelers in the valley, and those who wish to make a quiet stopover. The space The house is located in the very quiet commune of Thyez, and is close to all amenities: - 45 minutes from Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix, - Less than 30 minutes from the first ski resorts, in the heart of the tourist and natural sites of Haute-Savoie, - Access to the A40 highway is within minutes, - The lake and its recreational area are accessible in 3 minutes on foot, - Restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco-press and bakery also within walking distance, within 300 m. The room has, in addition to the essential sleeping facilities, its own refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Dishes and cutlery are provided. You have access to the balcony, so feel free to enjoy it! The room is on the first floor, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A parking space is reserved for you in the courtyard. Guest access We do not allow access to our spaces such as the living room, kitchen or dining room, and that is why we have equipped the room so that you are independent. Other things to note The house has an automatic unlocking system of the front door. On your check-in date, we'll send you a code to enter that will be valid for the duration of your stay. We encourage you to place your dishes in the dishwasher after use. In the kitchen, a dedicated recycling bin is available, so feel free to use it. The bedroom has a VMC that needs to be activated when showering. Marc and I are doing our best to offer you a good value for the money.
