The space 75% of the upstairs of this 1928 Tudor Mansion has been replastered and repainted. we have new Berber carpet coming in in the next 2 months. it's toasty warm during the winter and stays nice and cool during the summer time. AC contributes to cooling during the summer and steam radiator heat will will feel like summertime in the winter. blackout curtains are also available with ample sheets, pillows and access to local trails. Guest access we happily invite you to enjoy all of the spacious 3/4 of an acre gardens, patios and Koi pond. tons of places to sit meditate right? do art and work. set up your own mobile hotspot? leave your phone in a good reception space. and enjoy the internet from anywhere. our neighbors are amazing. the neighborhood is really quiet and very safe. our living room is undergoing a remodel and will be accessible after mid-september 2024. our back patio is full of outdoor furniture available for use. the downstairs basement has a feathered stuffed couch and is nice and cool and a great place for quiet meditation. Other things to note Access to West Market Street is only down the road 2 and 1/2 blocks away. there's wine stores, five grocery stores including whole foods, biggby coffee, Starbucks coffee, and my favorite Italian coffee shop. if you love gelato like I do, there's also gelato at the Italian coffee shop. Target, Walmart, Sam's club, and even Costco are relatively close. The majority of these stores can be found within 10 minutes from the house, including a fantastic bread company with the world's best scones and muffins. there's also a post office within 5 minutes from the house. you could even walk there should you want to. St. Hillary's Catholic Church is minutes away and has a great choir. Michael's art supply store is also really close. I'm an artist and can give you lots of advice on museums, including, the butler institute in Youngstown, which I just discovered. only an hour and a half away. Amish country stands between us and Youngstown and is also a great place to explore for antiques and custom handmade furniture.
