Easy access from the main entrance door, plenty of space inside, very private with all sorts of entertainment from the big 4k screen tv, the host live at the back of the house and can not access or disturb your area. Guest access Your full access under granny Flat boundary. Also playground & parkland are located roughly 50 metres away from the house that you maybe want to go for a walk in the morning or evening.
