Pleasant 90 m² house, fully fenced, located in a very quiet residential area. Close to the ocean with supervised beach (20 min walk or free shuttle 250 m away). Close to the Vélodysée bike path (in the middle of the forest) Small supermarket (5 min walk) and local shops in the city center (Sunday market, bakeries, delis, etc.). Enjoy nature, go to the Pyrenees and Basque Country for beautiful walks or discover Spain (45 min from Saint Sebastian) The space This house is our main residence, in a quiet area, adjoining on one side. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet, living room with open kitchen, all on one level overlooking a small fenced garden to spend your summer evenings with a plancha. Our two independent little cats (Poudre and Topaze) will be sure to come say hello. You will have all amenities nearby and the bike path on the beach road to allow you to discover the Landes forest and its beautiful beaches. Guest access Housekeeping: You must leave the property in the same clean condition as when you arrived. A cleaning package of 120 euros is offered, to be seen on the spot with the concierge service provider. Getting around without a car: - A free shuttle serves the beach and the market that takes place on Sundays. - Many bike paths allow you to move around easily by bike (rental on the beach road, the service provider is called '1velo'). - Close to Ondres train station (500 m) to go by train to visit Bayonne, Biarritz, St-Jean-de-Luz, without having to worry about parking (you can even take the bikes on the train).
