Cozy apartment in nature

Starting in October 2026, the small, cozy vacation apartment on a farm in a secluded location, surrounded by forest and meadows, will once again be permanently rented out and will no longer be a vacation apartment. Thanks to airbnb and all the lovely guests who were there :) The space In the approx. 40 sqm apartment, there is a kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, as well as a couch with sleeping function. The bedroom has a double bed 1.40 m wide, a spacious wardrobe, a small desk with a comfortable armchair and a TV. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower. The washing machine is in the small hallway. Guest access In front of the separate entrance of the apartment is a small covered terrace with seating. If you come by horse, the open stable with paddock (in winter) and/or meadow (in summer) is also included. Since the farm is in the middle of the forest, the hiking trails lead almost directly past the house, e.g. the "Botanical Trail". The Auenlandweg and the Räuberweg are also nearby, which lead directly past the Sieg. The nearest shopping is about 10 km away, where there is also a swimming pool, a new bike park or a train station, if you want to experience something other than nature. In about 1 hour you can take the train to Cologne. Siegen is about 30 km away. Other things to note Horses & dogs are welcome!
