Experience Mexico City by staying in our loft! Enjoy a comfortable, fun and pleasant space full of design. It is located in the heart of the city, a few steps from the Hilton Reforma Hotel in front of Alameda Central Park, the first park in Latin America. It is a central, safe and cosmopolitan area, with easy access to other areas of the city in a matter of minutes; Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Roma, Juárez, Polanco. Note: There may be noise due to activity in the area. The space The Loft measures 50 m2 and is divided into 4 rooms: 1) Bright bedroom with queen size bed, spacious closets and a spectacular view of the south of the city. At night you can lower the blackout curtain for a better rest. 2) Rest room, with a sofa bed, more closets and a monitor that can be used to connect your laptop or to watch a Netflix movie. 3) Large kitchen with: oven, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, microwave oven and a bar for eating. 4) Full large bathroom. The apartment is on the 15th floor. The building has 24-hour security, an elevator, a gym, a washer-dryer area, a restaurant, a pharmacy, and a bank. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and building amenities such as the gym (free) and laundry (extra cost). Other things to note Please read the following information carefully, as it will be very useful for you to organize your trip. 1. Regular check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-in before 3:00 PM has an extra cost of $500 Mexican pesos (Check availability and let us know in time to send you the payment request through this medium). 2. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out after 1:00 PM has an extra cost of $500 Mexican pesos. Check-out after 5:00 PM has an extra cost of $800 Mexican Pesos. (Check availability and let us know in advance to send you the payment request through this medium). 3. For reservations of one month or more, a complimentary cleaning service is included once every two weeks (subject to availability). 4. If you require additional cleaning service, we offer it at an extra cost (includes change of sheets, towels and replenishment of supplies). Note: The building is located in an area of high tourist, local and commercial traffic, which can generate noise. It's important to consider this, especially if you're sensitive to noise.
