Golden Retreat

This stunning brand new retreat is 3 blocks from the water at Pumicestone Passage & offers off-street parking. Stylishly appointed with your comfort in mind, this spacious fully air-conditioned property has the WOW factor. Polished concrete floors and coastal decor make it a very relaxed & welcoming space as well as a private courtyard to relax with a coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need & should you need to work while away, the cosy media room has a desk and great wifi. The space This purpose built property is single level with no steps. It is a very spacious / open plan apartment . The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stovetop and has a Nespresso pod machine and milk frother . Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper are provided as well as foil, glad wrap etc. All good quality linen is provided including beach towels . We have a cot high chair & baby bath available to guests on request. They are on-site but not in the apartment due to lack of storage. They are free of charge, just BYO linen for the cot. Guest access Guests have access to the fully self contained apartment . Off street parking is provided. Other things to note NOISE Being a quiet residential area , we kindly request no loud music , no parties . Noise curfew is strictly 10pm. NON-SMOKING - smoking and vaping are not permitted. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide complimentary starter supplies including tea, coffee, milk etc as well as toilet paper and a few other essentials. These supplies are not intended to last the duration of your stay, merely to welcome you and save the need to immediately go to the supermarket. CHECKOUT We kindly request that you don't strip the beds or put linen in the machine. Please just put any furniture back you may have moved , put the dishwasher on and place rubbish in the bin outside. The cleaners will do the rest :)
