Guest access 🌴Spaces Available for Guests 🌴When staying in this charming beach house, visitors have access to all areas designed to provide comfort, leisure and unforgettable moments. 🌴The rooms are available for full use, offering comfortable beds, natural ventilation and, in the case of the suites, private bathrooms for greater convenience. In addition to the suites, the other bathrooms in the house are also available to guests, ensuring practicality throughout the stay. Other things to note 🌴Important Information About Energy Charges 🌴Before confirming your reservation, it is important to know that electricity consumption is charged separately. 🌴We operate as follows: • Upon your arrival, we take a photo of the power meter to record the initial consumption. • Upon your departure, we take another photo of the meter to record the final consumption. • The difference between the two numbers represents the total kilowatts (kWh) consumed during your stay. • The total amount is calculated by multiplying the amount of kilowatts consumed by R$1.00 per kWh, according to the tariff practiced by SULGIPE, the company responsible for supplying energy in Praia do Saco, in Estância. 🌴Payment for the energy consumed must be made via PIX directly to me at the end of the stay. 🌴This practice ensures transparency and fairness in the use of electricity during your stay in the house. 🌴If you have any questions about this process, I am available to clarify.
