Fundo Del Alba - Farm House

Relax with the whole family in this private green paradise with a pool, grill and campfire. Enjoy a 20,000m2 estate with 5,000 m2 of social areas just for you and your guests. All the comforts to spend time in a quiet atmosphere and close to shopping areas. The space Fundo del Alba is on the Old South Pan-American Highway. 15 minutes from Boulevard de Asia and 5 minutes from the town of Mala where there are small shops, markets and pharmacies. There is fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the property. The house has 3 bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms and one guest bathroom. It also has a separate access room in the pool area. The quincho is spacious, with a large Argentinian-style grill and a handmade oven. This area has two bathrooms, each with two sinks and one with an additional shower. There is also a campfire area for which we provide eucalyptus firewood necessary for evening evenings. Guest access The farm is planted with avocados, it is a great adventure to tour the entire farm. Fruit cannot be harvested. The entire property is fenced and we also have a double kennel available for your pets if you need it. We have made sure that they have a good time too. Other things to note As it is a rural area, electricity is scarce, so we have provided a low-consumption microwave that we would appreciate using sparingly. We have local cable signal on the TV.
