The apartment is about 600 sq. ft. and is located on the ground floor. You have an entrance to the building from the street and another to give access to the parking lot in the backyard. In total, the building has eight apartments and you are one of them. All other tenants are annual residents and you are the only apartment rented on a monthly basis. Frontenac Boulevard, where many activities and services are located, is one block away. You are one block away from the Super C supermarket, financial institutions, 2 other supermarkets, the majority of restaurants in the city and cultural places such as Le Vitrail (an old church) with a very interesting program.
