South of the Bouches du Rhône department, directly on Jaï beach (quiet and natural environment, Berre pond). Great location This accommodation offers a spacious and fully equipped space. Its major assets: direct access to the beach, many walks and activities nearby, you will also enjoy its sunrise and sunset! The space You will therefore be at home here with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Ideal for a family of 4, a 5th is also possible (please specify), in a very small residence, you will have just three neighbors including one above, direct access to the beach but also to walks in a natural/wild environment (small Camargue) on foot or by bike that connects the town of Chateauneuf les Martigues to that of Marignane. The accommodation consists of: - Large living room with TV/WIFI - Open and fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer/microwave/dishwasher/oven/induction hob/coffee maker/toaster/pots/pans and etc... In short, I leave you everything - 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, storage - Bathroom with shower/washing machine - Separate toilet - an indoor patio from the house outside will be the beach 😁 linens are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival The house is non-smoking except patio, keeping the door to the house closed and the windows open!
