You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, where the international cricket ground and Lumley castle are under 10 minutes walk away. Perfect for anyone / contractors wanting to stay on the outskirts of Newcastle or County Durham with being located just off the A1 motorway. Bed arrangements: - 2 double beds - 1 sofa bed in LR The space The property comprises of a spacious living room incorporating a large sofa which turns into a king size bed (bedding provided if 3rd bed space is needed). There is a dedicated work space area within this room and storage drawers which contain a few family games for if the weather is bad. A Smart TV is in this room and the property has full fibre internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including washing machine and ironing facilities. The bathroom is upstairs which is very spacious and includes basic toiletries and towels. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and both have double beds within them and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom also has a dressing table and storage box (all bedding provided) There is a rear yard to the property leading to an enclosed back street where you can go to smoke as the property is no smoking. Rubbish bins are also located here for your rubbish disposal at the end of your stay. Guest access The full house and yard.
